Kip’s Newborn Photos

FEATURED

I can’t believe our sweet new boy is nearly 3 weeks old already! Late last week I took some time to shoot Kip’s newborn pictures. I love how they turned out! I can’t wait to compare them to the other four to see how they are similar. I am blessed to have the ability to take these quick shots to freeze these fresh, newborn days in time! Here are some of my favorites! And yes,

He’s here! After our long, 9+ month wait, we safely welcomed baby number five into the world on February 15, 2018. And it’s a boy! Kip Joseph Fiely was born a little after 2 a.m. on a Thursday morning. He weighed in at 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 19 1/2″ long. He made a late arrival, just like his siblings! Kip’s Birth Story

My pregnancy with baby #5 has flown by! I can’t believe we are just a few short weeks away from meeting our newest little family member! I am so full of anticipation and excitement…the entire family is! Is it a boy? A girl? What does he or she look like? As I am counting down the days until we meet this sweet babe, I can’t help but feel a bit sad that this pregnancy is

Oh my! It has been so long since I’ve blogged. This summer has been super crazy busy but it has been so fun. It can be hard to keep up with the kiddos, hubby, house and work and enjoy the sunshine and find time to fit in blogging so I took a little break. But I just so happen to have the best time to come back! With a fun new announcement! The Fiely tribe

Motherhood Frustration
FEATURED

It was Memorial Day weekend and my two oldest each came down with a weird stomach bug. Weird meaning they puked and pooped but no fever. They were totally drained. Went from wanting to eat to feeling too full to eat. They would be better for one day and then back down the next. The motherhood frustration was real! Read on to learn how we overcame… MOTHERHOOD FRUSTRATION It was frustrating because it was the

Becoming a Positive Mom
FEATURED

Have you ever noticed that us moms have a tendency to ‘complain’ about our lives? So many times when I hear moms get asked how they are doing or how their night was. Their answer usually isn’t “Oh, I am doing wonderful!” or ‘We had a great night!” It usually ends up being something like “Oh, you know, I have four kids, how do you think I am doing?” or “Well, I only got 3

Minimal Toddler Bedroom-Pinterest-01

Every time I tell people that my toddler sleeps in our closet I get strange looks. I can’t imagine why? Ha! It is true though! She literally sleeps in the closet right off of our bedroom. Now, to clarify…this is a decent sized walk in closet, our second closet that was unused. (All of our clothes are in our other closet!) But, it is a closet none the less. And it works perfectly!

When Vayda’s second birthday was approaching I knew I wanted to come up with a really fun and cute theme! Marlee had a Minnie Mouse birthday party for her second birthday and Vayda loves Minnie Mouse just the same! To make Vayda’s party stand out from Marlee’s, I went with the Classic Minnie Mouse theme instead of the current popular pink Minnie Mouse from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Last weekend we celebrated Chase’s birthday! My youngest son turned 7 and we had a celebration with family and friends. All of our birthday parties are small and nothing extravagant but I like to add a fun theme for them and decorate a little from that! The rule in our family has gone, starting on your seventh birthday, you get to invite school friends! (Don’t ask why seven…that was the first year Marlee had friends
